Pride Parade (Saturday, July 15th)

Tomorrow is the annual LGBT San Diego Pride Parade in the Hillcrest neighborhood. This colorful celebration has been happening for over 40 years and is now the fourth biggest Pride Parade in America. The parade is free; the rest of Pride weekend is filled with other events like the San Diego Pride Music Festival.

Supergirl Pro: A Surfing Contest, Fitness Festival & Lifestyle Event in One (July 22 – 24)

Head to the North County city of Oceanside for the largest female surf event and festival: Supergirl Pro. This female empowered extravaganza, put on by Paul Mitchell, will host a wide variety of activities. There will be amazing surfing entertaining for men and women alike, of course, but there will also be:

Dog Surfing Competition (July 30)
