The Promiscuous Fork in PB

The Promiscuous Fork. The name alone evokes interest. Questions. Curiosity. Despite the scandalous name, the main scandal here is that the food is not as wide known as it should be. Nestled in the Crown Point area of PB, this place is a fun foodie joint that also offers craft beer & wine.

The genre? So unique in that it’s hard to describe. It’s inspired by several cultures, from Southwestern to Hawaiian to Mexican. Some of the local favorites include lamb lollipops, jalapeño poppers (which are wrapped in bacon) and blackened salmon tacos. One of the most popular items is a bit scandalous: the “Best Fork’n Burger”. You may have to cover your mouth when you say its name, but you certainly won’t want to cover it when you start eating – you’ll want another bite too quickly!

It is a hip venue with entree prices ranging from $7 – $15.  Due to the nature of the experience & the price, this is definitely a good option for tourists and locals alike.

Warning: Add ons for items can get more expensive than expected. If you want bacon, avocado & a small macaroni side, it can take a burger up from $8 to $13.75. $4.25 may not be a lot to everyone, but for folks who expect avocado and accompanying sides, this news will be no surprise!
