Patio Pints at California Kebab Beer Garden

It’s the weekend and you’re relaxing at the beach. It’s not quite dinner time, but a cool drink and an appetizer sounds great. California Kebab Beer Garden by the beach is definitely one great option!

On the weekend, they offer Weekend Patio Pints. They sell pitchers for $12 and specialty pints for just $4. For appetizers to share, I suggest the skewers because each person can select the type of skewer they’d like. And as they have everything from chicken and shrimp to vegetarian-friendly vegetable, everyone is sure to get one they like.

Not only are the food & beverages great, but the location makes them that much better. This restaurant and beer garden is just a few buildings behind the boardwalk, with a rooftop patio for outdoor eating. At nighttime heat lamps and twinkly lights are turned on, so no worries about getting chilly if you forgot to bring extra layers.

(Fun fact: This restaurant was started by a few students from nearby SDSU. They opened up the original restaurant on the university campus. It was so popular that only recently, they moved to the beach to spread their fantastic food with more people!)
