In the Beach Haven Inn

Haven (noun): A place of safety or refuge. An inlet providing shelter for ships or boats.

You probably won’t be trying to fit a ship or boat in your Beach Haven Inn room, but you’re so close to the water you may as well stay somewhere with a name fitting to the scene! This isn’t the fanciest hotel in the area by any means, but you get great value for location. As it’s only a few blocks from both Garnet and Grand Street, folks that stay here are right by the downtown as well as the ocean itself.

This local motel won’t have a breakfast featuring mimosas, but the staff are very friendly and you can expect a comfortable stay. You can save money and still have morning (or afternoon or evening…) cocktails by strolling to one of the many bars, cafes or restaurants located nearby.

Some other perks that the Beach Haven Inn offer? Free parking (a very expensive commodity in this area!), swimming pool, speedy wifi and new bathrooms as of 2014.

P.S. One thing I particularly like about this hotel is they personally respond to ratings and reviews on websites such as Trip Advisor. If you go online you feel that the management truly takes initiative in caring for guests & potential guests.
