6th Annual Finish Chelsea’s Run 5K Run & Walk
When: Saturday, March 5, 2016
Where: Balboa Park
This competitive, family-friendly 5K race features a festival, entertainment and refreshments to commemorate Chelsea King. After innocent Chelsea was heinously killed running in 2016, family, friends and the community have ran to pay tribute to her since.
It benefits Chelsea’s Light Foundation Sunflower Scholarship, giving scholarships to SD college-bound teens that embrace the same academic & selfless characteristics Chelsea was known for.
St. Patrick’s Day 10K 2 & 4 Mile Run
When: March 12th, 2016
Where: Mission Bay
At this race honoring shamrocks and leprechauns, you’ll receive a medal, T-shirt, Domino’s Pizza and beer.

San Diego Half Marathon & 5K
When: March 13th 2016
Where: All over!
This event benefits impactful local charities and has multiple sign up options:
The SD Half Marathon
This 13.1 mile run takes participants all over scenic San Diego, such as the San Diego Bay and downtown SD.
The San Diego 5K
For a shorter, speedier race, the 5K is perfect. Runners go from Mission Hills area into downtown. (The 5K has a 1,000 spot limit, so hurry for a spot!)
Both races will end in a Gaslamp Block Party.
Race for Autism – SUPERHERO 5K & 1 Mile Family Walk
When: March 19, 2016
Where: Balboa Park
This family-friendly event, which includes a 5K run and easy 1 mile family walk raises funds for autism programs, services, educational programs and outreach in the San Diego community.
Hot Chocolate 15K & 5K

Where: Downtown SD
